Olly has been with DPD since 2012, joining as a Depot General Manager, where he ran the DPD Lincoln site covering one of the largest territories in the network and delivering 13,000 parcels per day.

In January 2020, Olly took the challenge to lead DPD's strategy to become the UK's leader in sustainable delivery. As Head of CSR DPD UK, Olly has driven a number of initiatives including the 25-25-25 Vision to deliver all-electric to 25 towns and cities, servicing 25% of the UK population and more than 100 million parcels by the end of 2025, placing DPD on track to deliver to 10 cities this year and support this by increasing its EV fleet by 1,000 vehicles.

DPD’s sustainability mission goes further, and includes its depots, hubs and offices, all powered by 100% renewable electricity. In addition, DPD finances the highly innovative Eco Fund, which supports community and school environmental projects in recycling waste, plastic and wood.

Based at DPD’s hub in Hinckley, Olly heads a team of six and lives in Lincolnshire.
