Matt Dale, Partner, Head of Transport Consultancy, Mitie

Matt joined Mitie as Head of Transport Consulting at the end of 2021 and has a wealth of knowledge and experience in transport decarbonisation, EV charging infrastructure strategy and e-mobility. He has been in the automotive industry for more than 37 years and has been involved in vehicle electrification for the last 10 of those, in both passenger cars and light commercial vehicles.

Matt’s last 7 years have been focused on helping fleets transition from Internal Combustion Engine (ICE) to EV and other forms of e-mobility, leading the Fleet Consultancy Team at ALD Automotive in the UK and more recently as EV Business owner at ALD SA in Paris. Having previously worked in both vehicle manufacturing and within the dealer network, he has a very broad view of the automotive industry and takes a holistic approach to e-Mobility and the transition to low carbon mobility.
