Rob Macintosh

After more than 20 years working with emergency fleets, Rob is highly skilled in ambulance, negotiation, budgeting, operations management, and procurement and is a strong operations professional with large project implementation experience. Rob understands that zero emission alternatives for emergency fleets is particularly challenging due to vehicles being required for service on long shifts often with short breaks and that most vehicles must accommodate power lifesaving equipment and be suitable for any type of emergency.
 

Colin Matthews

Consultant, Renewable Transport Fuel Association


Colin Matthews has been involved in alternative fuels and technologies for over 25 years. He began pre-millennium with Mobil CNG; early pioneers of the use of natural gas in vehicles. He went on to run the transport grant programs with the energy saving trust through to their cessation in 2007.

Jon Regnart-Russell is a Senior Policy Advisor for Hydrogen UK, where he leads the Transport and Industry Working Groups, as well as strategically supporting the policy and analysis team.

Michael Johnson

Michael Johnson, Environment & Sustainability - Joint Estates & Facilities Management, Cheshire

Michael has worked with Cheshire Constabulary and Cheshire Fire and Rescue service for six years.  Previously, he ran his own company after spending 25 years with the Carphone Warehouse plc Group in a range of environmental roles. Michael is a Member of the EMA since the beginning, IEMA, CIWM and chairs the National Emergency Services Environment and Sustainability Group.

Matthew Dale

Matt joined Mitie as Head of Transport Consulting at the end of 2021 and has a wealth of knowledge and experience in transport decarbonisation, EV charging infrastructure strategy and e-mobility. He has been in the automotive industry for more than 37 years and has been involved in vehicle electrification for the last 10 of those, in both passenger cars and light commercial vehicles.
